In a season where he experiences debuting in the main category of the international karting and also the transition to the competitions with single-seaters, the “mineiro” pilot, Sergio Sette Câmara (Banco Mercantil do Brasil | CEMIG | TAESA | MBR | Tear Têxtil | Lalubema | Patrus Transportes | Milplan) has been able to manage well his time between karting competitions in Europe and its commitments to formula, in Brazil.

Taking advantage of the summer vacation in Barcelona, the city where he lives currently, the “mineiro” pilot is in Brazil since the beginning of the month where he has been devoted to his preparation for the F3 races and also for the Graduates Brazilian Karting, which will be played next week.

This weekend, between July 25 and 27, Sette Câmara will compete in his second race of Formula-3 in his career. The race, which will be played in two stages, will be played at the Curitiba International Racetrak and is valid for the ninth and tenth stages of F3 Brazil.

Sette Camara disputed his first race at Interlagos at about 60 days ago and got on that occasion an excellent second position in the times taking session. At the races, under wet track conditions, he acquired a lot of experience ending in the 5th and eighth positions  in category “A”.

Complying with the strictest safety-related, functionality and quality concepts, the Curitiba International Curitiba Racetrack presents itself as one of the main Brazilian auto racing tracks. Following the FIA’s rules and standards, the  mixed circuit has seven curves to the right, four on the left and five straight segments being the main one with 980 meters. Its total length is 3,695 meters by 15 meters wide.

“I am very anxious to my second race of formula. Together with the Cesário F3  team we have trained a lot in Campo Grande and I believe that in the very fast and challenging Curitiba track I will have complete conditions to seek to effectively increase my mileage and learning. We will go to this race without the slightest pressure and my only goal is to gain experience for the development of my career”, said the 16-year old pilot.
