Sports betting company debuts support for motorsport

This Saturday (27), the streets of Monte Carlo, Europe, will host the Monaco e-Prix of Formula E, a traditional race in the sport, and Bet7k takes advantage of the special date in motorsport to announce Brazilian driver Sérgio Sette Câmara as the newest sponsored athlete by the company. The driver is one of the few professionals from Brazil to have the super license to compete in Formula 1, the premier category in the world.

“Bet7k is very proud to sponsor Sérgio Sette Câmara, an excellent driver who honors the Brazilian tradition in motorsport. We are delighted to contribute to the professional’s career, who is part of a sport that is in the memory and heart of millions of people in our country. We wish him great success in his journey,” says Talita Lacerda, CEO of the sports betting company.

Sérgio, who is part of the ERT FORMULA E team, has been competing in the Formula E World Championship since 2020. Before switching to electric cars, however, he built a solid career starting with karting in Brazil and abroad, Formula 3, and F2. In F1, he was involved with the McLaren team, serving as a development driver in 2019 and with the Red Bull and Alpha Tauri teams in 2020, when he assumed the role of reserve driver for both teams. Despite being only 25 years old, the young man from Belo Horizonte already has more than 200 races under his belt in the professional scene.

“I am very happy with this new partnership. I thank Bet7k for their support. The Brazilian audience loves races, and everyone knows the history we have in this sport. I hope to honor the national legacy and achieve important victories for our country. It is a very special moment in my journey, and I hope to achieve the goals set for the season with the team,” says Sérgio Sette Câmara.

In addition to the new partnership with the driver, BET7K is the co-sponsor and holder of the official naming rights of the Volleyball Super League. Furthermore, the company sponsors relevant clubs in the Brazilian sports scene, such as Mirassol, Bangu, Athletic, Altos, Novorizontino, Brusque, Ituano, and Operário Ferroviário. Former standout athletes, such as Neto, Diego Tardelli, and Darlan, opposite player for the Brazilian Volleyball National Team, are ambassadors of the company.
